The Site is owned and operated by The Solar Power Co. Pty Ltd (ABN 54 613 942 322), an Australian private company. References in these Terms to "we", "us" or "our" mean The Solar Power Co. Pty Ltd.

The information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only. While we do our best to keep it accurate and up to date, we make no warranty that:

• The information is complete, accurate, current or fit for any particular purpose;
• Quoted prices, system sizes, savings figures or payback periods will apply to your specific home or circumstances;
• Government rebate amounts, eligibility rules or finance options shown will remain in force or will be available to you.

Indicative figures only. Savings calculators, sample system sizes, payback estimates and rebate amounts shown on the Site are general illustrations only and are not a quote. A formal quote will be provided to you after a site assessment and will reflect your specific home, energy use, and the rebates and pricing applicable at that time.

4. Quotes are not binding contracts

Any quote we provide (online, by phone or in person) is an offer to install a system on the terms set out in that quote. A binding contract is only formed once you accept the quote in writing (including by digital signature) and we confirm acceptance.

5. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. Prohibited behaviour includes:

• Using the Site to send unsolicited or unauthorised material, including spam;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Site or any related systems or networks;
• Interfering with or disrupting the Site or servers connected to the Site;
• Submitting false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.
